Fungal Nail Symptoms
Nail fungus is common, and a big problem with nail fungus is the fact that many fungal infections sufferers don’t realize that there is an
issue. They don’t recognize the symptoms of nail fungus, and so don’t seek treatment.
Some fungal infections can continue on for years and never cause the person any pain, but nail infections are often accompanied by other infections, like yeast infections, that can be quite painful when running or walking. Leaving fungal nails untreated can lead to serious problems, so that is not something you want to do. If you notice any of the symptoms listed below, contact our office at (888) 713-0906.

The infected nail may appear to be brown or yellowish in color, and often the nail looks thick or crumbly. Sometimes the nail may have a foul smell.
