This improved flexibililty and range of motion helps relieve, rehab and alleviate plantar fasciitis, shin splints, ankle weakness, instability, fallen arches, inflexibility, tight calves, and Achilles tendonitis as well as enhance overall performance.
The ProStretch has a rocker design that will automatically hold the foot in an optimal position for proper stretching of the foot, calves, and heel. If you are beginning to use the ProStretch, our office recommends that you only use one device at a time so you are able to stretch without the difficulty of both your feel being unstable. On the other hand, if you are an avid exerciser and you are looking to strengthen foot and calf muscles even more after a minor injury, using two ProStretch products at the same time to increase your intensity and stability. Your stretching levels, amount of exercise, and length of time used can all be varied base on what you prefer. ProStretch is lightweight and easy to take to the game, the office or the gym.
