Have You Taken the Foot Health Quiz?

Go to our foot health quiz page to take the quiz, which was put together by the Foot Health Foundation of America. This quiz is designed to help you ascertain your level of foot or ankle health and the possibility of problems developing in your feet or ankles.

The quiz asks questions about your general health, your exercise regime, types of sports you participate in, what type of footwear you wear, and other questions like your weight, age, etc.

This is a great quiz, and it can be helpful in determining whether or not your feet and ankles are at risk for developing some problems, but please remember that it is not a substitute for a physical exam by a doctor. If you suspect foot or ankle problems are developing or if you are experiencing pain on a regular basis, see a podiatrist for an evaluation.

Don’t ignore foot pain and wait for it to go away! Foot pain usually will not just disappear on its own, and if left untreated, can become more severe or even cause permanent damage depending on what is causing the pain. For further information on foot pain, request a copy of our free book: Foot Health 101.

Keep your feet healthy, take the quiz to help you pinpoint possible warning signs, and if you notice a problem, be sure to contact our office.

To set up an appointment for an examination with one of the podiatrists at Neuhaus Foot & Ankle, request an appointment online or call us at (888) 713-0906.
